Option for DAS query in ConfigBuilder 75X

75X version of the pull-request #10838
Two options added in order to pass options to DAS query, separately for main input and pile-up.
Initially needed in order to add larger sample when mixing (das_client.py --limit 0), however a more generic flexibility was proposed ( @franzoni ).

this PR is a backport of #10838 which is now merged in 76X.
75X is actually the release that we needed this feature for, in order to set up the HI mixing workflows.
Can the missing signatures please have a look?
