Pixel PU jet update (backport of #14269 in 80X)
This PR adds a JetTagCollection in the output of the module.
The JetTagCollection contains the sum of track pt as PU discriminant.
This change was required in order to exploit the pixel PU ID in the data scouting (@duanders).
This PR will not have any effect in the current HLT configuration, and so the HLT configuration doesn't need to be changed.
(I also changed the indentation of the code because it was a quite mess).
I will submit a backport to 80X as soon as this code will be approved.
