A new Pull Request was created by @usarica (Ulascan Sarica) for CMSSW_8_0_X.

It involves the following packages:

Alignment/OfflineValidation
MuonAnalysis/MomentumScaleCalibration

@ghellwig, @cerminar, @cmsbuild, @franzoni, @mmusich, @davidlange6 can you please review it and eventually sign? Thanks.
@ghellwig, @tocheng, @argiro, @bellan, @tlampen, @mschrode, @mmusich this is something you requested to watch as well.
