This pull request is the changes in the framework and a few other packages to replace the use of Reflex. This request will fix the compilation errors in CommonTools/Utils and Fireworks/Core. This also lays the groundwork for the changes needed to fix the compilation errors in the three remaining packages, which are for the condition database.
Please merge this into the ROOT6 branch as soon as convenient.
