Fix an obvious bug in DQM Online input source. #15166

It caused the log file to explode for a single specific application.

@dmitrijus a large number of IB RelVals input ha been deleted from T2_CH_CERN and not available globally. I have made the request to return data back to T2_CH_CERN, but until then things might not work or work slowly (remote reads from different sites). |
