New macro for occupancy trend plots and new analyzer for common mode studies

A new macro has been defined to produce the Strip cluster occupancy trend plots.
A new EDAnalyzer has been defined with a simple analysis of the common mode values (to be expanded)

This could be useful for: @boudoul , @fioriNTU , @jlagram , @dimattia , @VinInn , @rovere , @idebruyn . I don't know Erik's and Viktor's github username
