…and disable check on RPC paths for TriggerEfficiency studies in DT DQM Offline. Port to 90X of PR 16679
Detailed description:

DDU plots removed, only TwinMux (TM) now
Plots on DT/03-LocalTrigger-TM which were empty up to now, should now be filled: TM_TrigEffDenum, TM_TrigEffNum and TM_TrigEff*

…and disable check on RPC paths for TriggerEfficiency studies in DT DQM Offline. Port to 90X of PR 16679
