  6. XML parsing for LegacyTrackerTopology 

    Renamed `LegacyTrackerTopology` to `StandaloneTrackerTopology`, and changed the signature of the method to `TrackerTopology fromTrackerParametersXML(const std::string&)`
The argument is the path of the `trackerParameters.xml` file to be parsed
