Remove duplicated alcareco in TTbar run1 workflow

In the TTbar run1 wf, defined as:
workflows[25] = ['', ['TTbar','DIGI','RECOAlCaCalo','HARVEST','ALCATT']]
there were duplicated ALCARECO in both the RECOAlCaCalo and ALCATT tasks.
Cleanup has been performed.
