Adding V3 Train E/gamma paths to the E/g HLT TnP DQM

Dear All,

This PR adds the following paths. The plots are from a NoPU RelValZEE sample and exist to show that the DQM is working and functional for these paths.

It also modifies the DQM for HLT_Ele28_HighEta_SC20_Mass55, as the photon part is now labeled "highEta" and I include those plots to ensure they are still working.
