This commit is the DQM code for the HLT_TripleMu_5_3_3_Mass3p8to60_DCA. No new code wis introduced. Simple replication of old code. Thanks.

I think that the answer is ~450. (150 for numerator, 150 for denominator and 150 for efficiency). Thanks again.

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next master IBs (tests are also fine).
