nice cmsDriver.py: error: ambiguous option: --process (--processModifiers, --processName?) at some point --processName RECO started to get shorted to --process in workflows. My thinking is not to break this behavior and instead change my new option to --procModifiers |

Eg, to capture configuration changes to processing of AOD that depends on the release from which that AOD was produced. Will use recent tau reco as example if general approach is thought to be ok.
Also fixed a shortcoming that the in-memory process object does not have its era properly set. There is still an inconsistency between the the in-memory process object and the cfg created in the case that a process object is passed into ConfigBuilder. This inconsistency is not newly created (but also not fixed).
