Currently only David L's original files. I'll gradually add more scenarios to this pull request. Current plan is to leave this open and merge it as the last thing to go into SLHC8 because it'll make testing the old and new runTheMatrix easier. Similar to #2489 but without the DQMIO changes mixed in.
