I have integrated this in to 53X IB and now few work flows are failing with error

eg, workflow 40.53 in runTheMatrix.py

these are the workflows which are failing due to this error
300.0,301.0,302.0,40.0,40.51,40.52,40.53,41.0
you can run the following (in CMSSW_5_3_X_2014-02-27-0200 dev area) to
reproduce it.

runTheMatrix.py --useInput all -l 40.53

I still find the above error in a HIon workflow, the workflow is cmsDriver generated

this is fixed in #2658 and it's being merged soon.
