first attempt be5d + extended Pixel reco (be5d+ext tracking code)

New files for the reco (very first attempt) of the trackerBe5D+ExtendedPixels (Alessia, Carlo, Kevin et al.)
Tested with cmsdriver commands below [1]
Next step is to test within the 2023 scenario (looking at that right now..)
