Clean the online clients which are unused

There are three pixel clients that are no more used by 2017:

1. pixeltracking_timing_dqm_sourceclient-live_cfg.py (first implementation of a client with Tracking for Pixel Phase 1)
2. pixel_timingScan_dqm_sourceclient-live_cfg.py (as the above, but more recent)
3. pixel_up_dqm_sourceclient-live_cfg.py (specific client for the Phase 1 pilot blade, used only few days in 2016)
