tracking HLT validaiton

this pull request is meant for updating the list of plots used by the tracking HLT validation

1. add also hltIter4Merged monitoring
2. add efficiency and fakerate for
   hltPixelTracks,
   hltPFlowTrackSelectionHighPurity,
   hltIter1PFlowTrackSelectionHighPurity,
   hltIter2PFlowTrackSelectionHighPurity,
   hltIter3PFlowTrackSelectionHighPurity
   hltIter4Merged

this pull request needs the update from Martin on the HLT output content (there was a typo in a collection)

Please move HLTrigger/Configuration/test/hlt_validation_cff.py somewhere else
or remove it (IOW do not change HLTrigger/Configuration).

it was already there that config file
I simply add the tracking HLT client module for the harvesting step

Sorry, no: the PR shows you added that file hlt_validation_cff.py in HLTrigger/Configuration/test.
If it is needed, add it somewhere else, but not in HLTrigger/Configuration.

I got confused w/ an other config file
now, file HLTrigger/Configuration/test/hlt_validation_cff.py has been deleted

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_7_1_X IBs unless changes (tests are also fine). @nclopezo, @ktf can you please take care of it?

@mtosi - it seems this module is not filling log files - could you please address.. Thanks - you can just run a standard single muon workflow to reproduce (e.g., -n 1320)

Which release did you try?
I see current 72X IBs have this error, in particular also in the wflow that you tried: step3 of 1320
