removed deprecated HLT plugin PFJetsMatchedToFilteredCaloJetsProducer

PR description:

This PR removes the deprecated HLT plugin PFJetsMatchedToFilteredCaloJetsProducer. The latter has been replaced by HLTPFJetsMatchedToFilteredCaloJetsProducer in #37057 and #37474.

This cleanup is part of CMSHLT-2244. No backports will be necessary.

Merely technical. No changes expected.
