runTheMatrix: fix DeepCore Seeding PU Workflows

Title says it all.
I noticed when trying to run the DeepCore workflow 11923.17 it was actually NOT running the DeepCore algorithm as the --procModifiers seedingDeepCore is not added to the cmsDriver command:
