removed old and unused configs linked to reco muon duplicate mitigation

PR description:

With this PR, old and unused MET configs are removed. The PR is linked to #33406 where it was decided to remove them.

PR validation:

• scram b code-checks
• scram b code-format
• scram b runtests
• runTheMatrix.py -l limited -i all --ibeos worked with the exception of two workflows, however the crashes seemed independent of the changes here
