GT update in autoCond: geometries, pixel LA

Update of the GTs including:

• RE4 chambers rotation fix in RPC Geometry
• Extended2015ZeroMaterial
• Pixel LA payloads (fromAlignment, fromWidth)

N.B. New BTV calibration records already included in previous round of GTs
