  1. Fix MultiTrackValidator example configuration 

    - GlobalTag to run2_mc from CondDB v2
- Update input files to 740pre6 RelVal
- Fix setting pT binning (min/max/nint)
- Add quickTrackAssociatorByHits to path (now that they're EDProducers)
