Remove Global Compensation from HGCal Reconstruction #8467

Poor pattern recognition in highly collimated scenarios causes global compensation scheme to break down due to merged EM and Hadronic clusters.

Removing this feature until lower level pattern recognition is better understood.

Remove Global Compensation from HGCal Reconstruction

Merge

Tested with 15600 and 15661 privately since Pandora is not part of the standard tests. Can't say I understand the Pandora configuration, but if that's what you want...
