- Add new CapacitorLite class which uses nearly 4x less program space and is much faster (but only measures up to 655pF)
- Improve default stray capacitance and pullup resistances especially for SAM and PIC32 boards

- Limit supported boards to ones that have been tested (avr, sam,pic32)
