bugfix: Coolerator.View instances now subscribe properly.

added .tmtags to .gitignore

updated to match engine-assets API change. note that Coolerator.View instance event binding is broken at this point.

removed the ActionController::Routing::RouteSet extension. it turns out, Rails engines take care of this.

removed the Rails::Plugin extension. engines should call EngineAssets::PublicLocator.register(base_dir), where base_dir is that which contains your 'public' dir (ought to be the root of your engine). Thanks Pat Nakajima for the suggestion.

fix for PublicLocator spec.

AssetTagHelper#expand_javascript_sources alias handles duplicates better

added Coolerator.Registrar.after_ready (runs after all document.ready items, even if you set it earlier).

Filter now accepts multiple selectors. Remote#capture binds data-remote forms on page ready. Minor code clean-up.

no longer auto-binding elements with a 'data-remote' attribute. to turn this on, the application JS must call `Coolerator.Remote.capture()`.

the optional argument to the View constructor is now used as the 'class' attribute for the resultant view instances.

the 'selector' passed to Registrar may now be a jQuery object (or collection).

moved default View content into the super class. added collection extension. removed #expand... don't want to require an id.

providing a better separation of instance- and collection-level fields in View. some clean-up.
