HPASubC v1.2.1

This is an update that fixes HPASubC so that it is compatible with HPA v18. This also re-engineers how data is sourced to mitigate future breakage due to updates to the HPA website. Data is now sourced from HPA's publically downloadable data files are screen scraping of the HPA website is no longer performed.

HPASubC v1.0.2 old parallels branch

This release is the archive of the old parallels version. Code that interacts with the HPA website is non-functional. This is an archive release to preserve the code, especially the files that are being eliminated in the new version (v1.2.0) which should follow shortly.
