Twitminal is a minimalistic Twitter client for Leopard ( as of now)

The idea is to evolve this into a multiplatform twitter client, with notification pluggins
—For instance, on MacOs, the pluggin would be Growl.
—on linux it would be some kind of notifcation system.

There are n number of notification pluggins possible, ranging from the useful , like forward to an SMSC , to the useless, retwit your twits :D
could be email twits or post them to your facebook profile , possibilities are endless… use your imagination, contribute with ideas, code etc.

First step in this is to migrate current code , to a pluggin structure, i’ m partial to the structure I used in my other open source project, called PieLogger ( on sourceforge), so I’ ll be conducting the migration to it soonish.
