v0.2.9 A rewrite

The applet has been pretty much rewritten from scratch.
Some of the changes:

• We now use glade files for UI components.
• A fresh new design for the editor.
• Settings are now integrated into the popover.
• We now support multiple paste services (Hastebin, Pastebin, GNOME Paste and more in the future)
• You can now edit a haste and it will reupload it when you finish editing.
• You can now choose to not upload hastes directly but store them locally.
