R tool for testing quality control algorithms for flow data. Allows creation of synthetic flow rate and fluorescence data. These can be exported as synthetic .fcs files, compatible with any software for processing flow cytometry data, including FlowJo. See functions sim.sample... for sample usage. The devtools package is needed for installing qctoy. Open your R console and enter:
