About me

I am a doctoral researcher and PhD student in Computational Biology in the Microbial Pangenomes Lab at the TWINCORE - Center for Experimental and Clinical Infection Research, a joint venture between the Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the Helmholtz Center for Infection Research (HZI) in Germany.

• 🔥 My research interests are microbiology, AMR, bioinformatics, data science

• 💻 I am skilled in

  • bioinformatics - biopython, GWAS;
  • programming languages - python, basic knowledge of R
  • data analysis and visualization - pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn
  • pipeline development - snakemake;
  • machine learning - scikit-learn, hydra, optuna, PyTorch, xgboost
