This repository contains all data and additional functions used in the Phanerozoic-scale examples and vignette for the article describing the 'divDyn' R package. The scripts and data prepared in these examples use divDyn version 0.8.x. This release (v1.0.1) was drafted to be compatible with the current version of divDyn and to reflect the state of the Paleobiology Database as of 2019-05-31.
