Version 1.1.0-pre

Preliminary version of the Rule Engine for Dog. It allows the composition of rules in the format event (IF), constraints (WHEN) and actions (THEN). See its configuration for an example (http://github.com/dog-gateway/rule-engine-configuration).

It is based on JBoss Drools (https://www.jboss.org/drools/), version 5.4.0.
