These are the slides from the afternoon workshop on November 6, 2016 at CIRPA in Kelowna, BC, Canada.
All of the slides and code are in the file cirpa-r-workshop slides.Rmd. The one external data file that is used is student-mat.csv. (This data file is from the UCI Machine Learning repository: https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Student+Performance )
To get started, simply clone this repository and open cirpa-r-workshop.Rproj in RStudio.
