RSS is built for Anax-MVC, so must be Anax-MVC installed before you procced.
Install Anax-MVC with git clone https://github.com/mosbth/Anax-MVC.git before you install flashmessage.
Install with composer and packagist: "emmtho/rss": "dev-master"
