This repository holds the data and source code for the following manuscript:
In this repository, you can:
- Download our curated dataset
- Look at our other data files, search strategy records, hi-res figures.
- Browse the tables of output/results and statistics that our scripts produce.
- Run our source code to reproduce the figures in the manuscript from the raw data. Just sync the repository and run
Rscript src/nd_trials_analysis.R. Note the package dependencies listed at the top of the script.
