This repo is for creating some useful tools for .NET apps

1) Resx helper - Communicates with BING translator for translating resource text into 34 different languages. 

Note: It uses my personal AppID from Bing, if anyone wants to use it, they can register for their own AppID in Bing developer site. This sample is only mean't for personal use and not for any commercial app.
