All of the regexps now have a star height <= 1.
(I ran the build script, which seems to have caused some pretty hefty changes to the
dist/files. Not sure what your build/release process is like.)Fixes #298
(Hopefully test coverage is complete. Some of the changes are not exactly equivalent, but tests still pass.)
