The package had a couple of flaws:

MASTER_SITES was used instead of USE_GITHUB
Version was outdated (1.5.1 instead of 1.5.5)

This PR aims to fix this. Additionally, removed the files folder as it was pretty redundant in the new version


          korean/ibus-hangul: update port to 1.5.5
