If you are seeing this message, you are on the right track. Let's keep it going.

  1. Make sure you have a github account
  2. Fork the current project
  3. Navigate to cloue9ide.com and create an account
  4. You'll want to use your github account to login (That's the little green button below 'Sign Me Up')
  5. Once you have logged into cloud9, you should see your newly forked project on the left.
  6. Click it and a new green button should show
  7. Click the clone to edit button.
  8. Once that new project is available, you should be able to click that project and then 'Start Editing'
  9. Now that you are in the IDE, you want to start the server and make sure it works.
  10. To the right of the run button is a down arrow.
  11. Click that and then 'Run Configurations...'
  12. Click the Add button.
  13. Give your server a name
  14. use index.js as the Javascript file
  15. Click Run
  16. You should see some stuff in the output box.
  17. Click the link to the right of the first sentance.
  18. That should open up a new window and the text 'All you base are belong to us' should show.
  19. If you add /example?foo=bar to the url, the same text should appear plus an additional line that says 'foo is bar'.

You're ready to start coding
