Update to Advanced Function--Fix Bugs

This is the latest release. I updated the previous script to be an advanced function--thanks to Kevin Sullivan for help with this. I also fixed a bunch of bugs as I was testing various scenarios, including migrating Windows Firewall and AppLocker settings.

Initial script

This is the initial PowerShell script that converts AdminTemplate settings in a GPO into a DSC document. Usage is:

.\ADMXToDSC.ps1 "Default Domain Policy" "c:\DSC"
