Eugh, this is not valid when I look on it closer. ::Formtastic::I18n != ::I18n

Incorrect:

::Formtastic::I18n.t 'formtastic.required', :default => 'required'

Correct:

::Formtastic::I18n.t(:required)

No matter if I18n is loaded or not. The above change will give incorrect lookup. See Formtastic::I18n module.

Added support explicit values of type Range for the :collection option of the select input, e.g. form.input :rating, :as => :select, :collection => 1..5. Added specs for both ranges, and explicit array values which was lacking. Closes #115.
