The backup_serp_XXXXXX.sql file can be used for creating the DB Schema Or restoring the tables.
The Major configurations are in app/etx/Config.php
please change the Database name
Please change the DB User credentials accordingly.
The session folder should be made writable after unzipping.
You should have sendmail extension configured for triggering Mails.
