- Adds Dockerfiles and docker-compose.yml file to run HubDrop.
- Removes some of the confusing custom parameter loading, like for github-authorization and drupal password.
- Adds an "export" command to dump mirror sources to a yml file.
- Uses sources.yml to override git repo upstream source.
- Fixes bug preventing moving of mirrors to github: Drupal.org markup had changed, preventing us from clicking "Log In".
- Launched on Packet.net with Docker, using Let's Encrypt for HTTPS.
