BioBrick-Seeker

A web app for checking BioBricks from the iGEM 2014 Distribution

The tool is currently running on Github Pages: BioBrick Seeker

Installation:

  • Install node.js and yeoman
  • git clone the repository
  • Run npm install in root directory of the project
  • Use grunt serve to run the service locally
