Rationale

Switch to docker.io apt package and docker-compose pip (Python) package.to allow docker and docker-compose control via Ansible. Side benefits are not having to manage architecture version nor manage docker-compose executables. So I can use the same role with Raspberry Pi's and x86 64-bit images.
