QuantifFasga 2.1.1

New version of the QuantifFasga 2 plugin.

QuantifFasga is a plugin for ImageJ whose aim is to quantify the histology of plant sections coloured with Fasga staining and digitised with whole slide microscopy scanner.

This version adds the possiblity to specify maximum size for bundles, and updates code and comments.

New features:

• add upper bound for bundle size
• color profiles do not measure intensity within stem holes anymore
• add option to compute ligification profile
• macro add size filtering on hole size
• update with new versions of MorphoLibJ

QuantifFasga 2.1

QuantifFasga is an ImageJ Plugin for quantifying histology of fasga-stained section of maize.

Several improvements on the image processing workflow:

• add possibility to compute color profiles based on color image and stem segmentation
• add a step to facilitate the segmentation of stems from filtered color images
• better control on image types when processing plugins
