Melanoma Flask/Backend

This release provides full RESTful api POSTing functionality with JSON dictionary input of a base64 encoded image yielding prediction and probability results that the patient of interest has a malignant case of melanoma. The release includes a video demo as well as a final report write-up.

Please see the README for the running method if the demo is not robust enough.

Future work must be done in developing the MongoDB .save() functionality of our script, and we look forward to having that up and running soon.
