Some notes about the changes this PR makes:
mrsigner.ccode is modified to also extract the MRENCLAVE from the SIGSTRUCT.mrsigner.cand related scriptmrsigner.sh.inare renamed tosigstruct.candsigstruct.sh.inrespectively to reflect the fact that it not only extract the MRSIGNER but also the MRENCLAVE.policyis automatically populated with the MRENCLAVE, just like it is with the MRSIGNER.TODO
