PermaClimateChange is a bot you can use to store rss feeds on Arweave's network blockchain about a given subject. In this use case it is science and environment focused on climate change.
The earth is in a race against climate change. Everyday data shows the climate change is getting worse with air pollution, rising sea levels, extreme heat, droughts, and much more. This is affecting people everywhere. We have the tools and we must not forget what's happening now. So let's store rss feeds on this issue in the permaweb.
News feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. Feeds are generally known as RSS ('Really Simple Syndication') For this bot I have used an interesting rss feed topic which includes Climate change.

After cloning this repo, you'll need to install all the dependencies with the following command.
npm install
Then please, place you Arweave wallet as 'wallet.json' in the root directory.
Run the bot with the following command:
node index.js
If you want to stop Perma Climate Change bot, please enter CTRL + C in the command line/terminal.
Everyday this bot will store fresh content at 10:00 PM UK `time (GMT) as long as the wallet have enough funds. Please note that there's a fee for storing data on Arweave's blockchain.
You can browse the data feeds by performing a query manually using ArQL, as ArQL allows you to search for transactions by tags or by wallet address. Hint: See tag 'App-Name' as 'permaclimatechange'
