Slides and examples for the PyDay Galicia 2017 talk about Home Assistant
This repository contains the slides source and example files for the talk about "Home Automation with Home Assistant" presented at the PyDay Galicia 2017, in Vigo.
Slides are presented using Markdownreveal.
In order to use them:
1. git clone http://github.com/jjmontesl/talk-hass-pydaygalicia2017
2. cd talk-hass-pydaygalicia2017
3. python3 -m venv env
4. . env/bin/activate
5. pip install -r requirements.txt
6. markdownreveal home-automation-with-home-assistant.md
The last step will run markdownreveal and automatically open a browser to watch the slides.
The slides contain information about how to install Home Assistant and run the
examples in the examples directory.
